CRE AI
Roundtable
An informal meetup for Baker students curious about AI tools for real estate. Bring a "wouldn't it be nice if I could…" idea — we'll explore tools together, vibe code rough prototypes, and build on each other's ideas. Beginners welcome. No coding experience required.
Not a course. Not for credit. Not officially sponsored.
The CRE AI Roundtable is a relaxed weekly meetup for Baker Master's students who are curious about AI tools for real estate. Think founder brainstorm meets coffeehouse — not a lecture.
Each session: quick show-and-tell of tools people are using, then everyone brings a real-estate idea and we pick 2–3 to vibe code together — rough prototypes, learning by doing, helping each other figure it out.
We build on each other's ideas and keep it collaborative. If a prototype sparks something bigger, we'll talk about that too — but only if the room wants to.
Tools we'll use: VS Code + Claude Code extension, Claude CoWorker. Recommended but not required for the first session.
